Auto Parts Terms and Conditions

Our auto parts come from RIGHT-hand drive vehicles and are measured in Miles, not Kilometres. 

Since our products are second-hand, they are not priced or conditioned as new, which is important to understand when considering our auto parts return policy. 

The part you will receive is identical to what is pictured. 

We're available to assist during our working hours. 

Some electronic parts may require resetting, reprogramming, or coding. 

For heavy items, it is essential to check compatibility before purchase. If purchased without consultation, the buyer will cover all delivery and return costs, which aligns with our auto parts return policy. 

When buying engines, they should be installed with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and filled with new oil. Please note that the automotive warranty will be void without these steps. 

For driveshafts, our testing does not include the CV joint. Regardless of the item's state, we recommend fitting it with a new CV joint accessory. 

The shipped part will match the images, and any wear or damage will be highlighted. Always review the images for any imperfections. 

In the event of a cancellation, only a partial refund will be provided. 

Windscreens are non-refundable if broken during dismantling.
