Shipping Policy

Free Shipping UK Mainland: Most of our items are eligible for fast & free delivery to the UK mainland. First Choice Auto Part holds an EORI number, allowing us to ship your item directly to your location. Simply provide us with your delivery address, and we will respond with the postage fees and estimated delivery time. Please note that all international shipping to offshore addresses may incur additional freight charges. 

In the event of a wrong address: Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address when placing your order, as refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses. 

Collection in Person: All parts can be collected from our shop. Please contact us in advance so that we can prepare your order before your arrival or to arrange a convenient collection time, as we may also be available outside of normal working hours. 

Non UK-Mainland Shipping: If your delivery address is not on the UK mainland, there will be extra shipping fees due to courier charges. If you need delivery to a non-UK mainland postcode, please inform us before placing your order. If you purchase an item without addressing the surcharges or contacting us, your transaction may be canceled within 1-3 working days, or you may receive your item after 5-10 working days.
