Return and Refund Policy

First Choice Auto Parts LTD extends a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring you are covered in case of any mishaps with your parts. 

Regarding our auto parts return policy, for international returns, please ensure you fill out a customs declaration and clearly mark your package as 'returned goods' when sending items back from outside the UK. If your package is held at UK customs and incurs a fee, please note that we will not cover this charge, and the package will be returned to you. Additionally, we do not pay any customs duties to retrieve our auto parts, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. 

The warranty and refund policy will not be applicable under the following circumstances:  

- Items lost in transit due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.  

- Returned items that are not in their original condition, have been tampered with, or have undergone reprogramming.  

- When the warranty period has expired.  

For refunds, Square's refund process typically takes 2-7 business days to be sent to the customer's card, followed by an additional 2-7 business days for the funds to post to the customer's account. Therefore, it may take up to 9-14 days for the customer to receive their full refund.  

Paypal refunds usually take 3-5 business days for the customer to receive their funds.
